    weather data roaming is on or off it wont matter it will still search for a carrier i know because i am in Venezuela and i get DIGITELGSM and movistar and still my data roaming is off so dont even bother messing with data roaming toggle its a waste, but who knows apple might fix that issue.

    so why would anybody have it on what does it do bcz im on my iphone and data roaming is off but im still able to use the web
